 Our legal division works directly with our legal counsel on a day to day basis. The employees of this unit search out and locate assets to satisfy claims which have been placed in judgment. The members of the legal division are trained in all aspects of skip tracing, civil procedures, and collection law. Collection Services International makes use of attorneys across the state as well as keeping local counsel on retainer.
